In the event that there is any dispute between us in relation to this issue, you agree that until the matter is resolved, an interim injunction will be ordered, which will prevent any further use or distribution of the image until a final court hearing.

All original digitally rendered final artwork remains the copyright property of artcookie.co.uk.  Artcookie.co.uk may use final artwork produced from customer images for artcookie.co.uk promotional and marketing activities, which may include, but are not limited to, artcookie.co.uk website promotional activity, email or newsletter promotional activity, web and press media campaigns.

You accept that artcookie.co.uk will digitally alter the aesthetic appearance of your photographs when rendering your artwork (NB original hardcopy photographs will be transferred to digital format for rendering): to achieve the best artistic results, you accept that artcookie.co.uk will exercise its artistic judgement on how best to utilise your images.

While every effort is made to ensure the safe return of any hardcopy photographs sent to artcookie.co.uk by post, artcookie.co.uk cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of photographs in transit.  We strongly advise that if sending hard-copy photographs, that copies and not originals are sent.

By proceeding with an order you confirm that you are the owner of the property rights over any and all images that you submit to artcookie.co.uk and that you will be liable for any and all costs and damages that may arise from breach of copyright, privacy or other rights regarding those images.  Artcookie.co.uk reserves the right to refuse any order that is deemed by us to be in breach of copyright, or is offensive or obscene as determined by artcookie.co.uk.

You confirm if uploading files through the artcookie.co.uk website, or sending files via email that you have virus-checked all files and that you confirm that they do not contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.

Delivery time is stated as fifteen working days from receipt of order and / or clearance of payment.  Although we endeavour to despatch orders within this time timeframe, these delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

All content on the artcookie.co.uk website is the copyright of artcookie.co.uk and as such, any reproduction, use, distribution or manipulation of any content is prohibited without prior written consent.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the product received then please contact artcookie.co.uk by email or post within five days of receipt.

RETURNS POLICY

All artworks are provided as a bespoke service to the client on a one-to-one basis, based on the designs shown on the artcookie.co.uk website.  You the customer, give artcookie.co.uk full creative title to recreate the said artwork based on your size and style requests to the best of our ability.

Due to the bespoke status of these artworks, items that are delivered as described and in good condition, cannot be returned.
