USER UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS  

·         Please enure you file name includes your name e.g. Mr Smith.jpg  

·         To upload second and subsequent images re-click 'Image Upload' tab at top of page   

·         Upload times will vary with connection speed and file size. Please be patient 

            Large images files/multiple files may take a few minutes to upload. You may wish to consider sending

            files on a disk in a jpeg format.  Contact Address  

·         How to upload multiple images at once using Image Upload 

            You can upload images individually; alternatively you can upload multiple images in one click by 'Zipping'

            your files using a utility such as Winzip, or via your PC Windows system: (1) 'right-click' on image, (2) select 

           'Send To', (3) select 'Compressed (Zipped) Folder.' (4) copy or drop other images into folder (5) upload

         If you have any problems uploading via the Image Upload page, or if you have particularly

         large files, you can email your photographs to us using MailBigFile.com which is free to use.

         Again, please enure that the individual file names of your photo's contain both your name and

         the name of the Artcookie design that you wish to purchase.  Email address to use is
